Retired and deceased veterinarians are removed regularly.

List Maintenance:

Prior to every mailing, the deliverability of the entire list is verified through a 9-digit zip code matching and is CASS certified. The list is updated daily with direct request information and purged of non-deliverables. The entire list is updated regularly through the National Change of Address program and the USPS's Address Correction Service, which ensures that mailing addresses represent the most current information available.
