Advertising Sales Executive

Machalek Communications is seeking a dynamic, self-starting, consultative Sales Representative with strong closing skills.

You will call on some of the largest national companies and build long-term relationships which will grow your income and our business. You will also call on some of the smallest start up national companies and launch them into the marketplace via direct mail campaigns, email advertising and online advertising.

You will have many products "in your bag" to offer the perfect marketing solution to your prospects. This is an Inside Sales Position, not telemarketing, with opportunities to grow your income with no cap on commissions!

We are looking for a long-term sales person to grow with our ever-growing company, your earnings will increase each year as you build your network. We have been in business for over 21 years!

Compensation includes base(depending on experience) + Commissions + Quarterly Bonus. Benefits include Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, 401k with company match. Position reports to the Vice-President of Sales & Marketing.

Requirements:

• Ability to quickly build rapport and long-term relationships with national companies to grow their and your business. Travel to industry trade shows is required 4-6 times a year.

• Maintaining company provided database of current customers, hot, warm and cold prospects. New prospecting at both trade shows, through the internet and competitive prospecting.

• Ability to sell to various levels: Presidents, VP of Sales & Marketing, Directors, Managers, Sales & Marketing Assistants.

• Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite, Sales Contact Management System and strong typing skills.

• Strong closing skills.

• Team-oriented player that can interact with our Creative Services Team to achieve our customers marketing objectives.

• Innovative, solution-based sales representative whom can think quickly on their feet to call on multiple markets across the US.
